  1. A nice warm cup of Golden Milk before bed
  2. Setting an intention before your practice on the mat
  3. Fake laughing in awkward situations
  4. Legit laughing so hard you can’t breathe
  5. People with infectious laughs
  6. Finding old ticket stubs in your pockets
  7. Looking back on old photos of happy times

Feeling pretty nostalgic lately of all happy times. But I need to remind myself that today is also a happy time – stay in the present and don’t take it for granted. Every day is a good day if we and our loved ones go to bed safe and healthy.
